As a courtesy, we will send a text confirmation 4 days prior to your appointment and an email/text reminder 3 days and 1 day prior; however, if we are unable to reach you, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellation fees. In fairness to all clients, appointments begin as scheduled and late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time. Arriving 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. A small non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your treatment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. No call/no show appointments will result in being banned from booking any future appointments.
